Having lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than a decade, I am intimately familiar with neighborhoods I live, work, play and own property in and my clients span from Richmond, San Francisco, Oakland to Fremont, Milpitas and San Jose.

I work extensively with first-time home buyers and investors. To me, working with first-time buyers is very gratifying. Joel also as an active role in our community as well. Since the year 2000 he as been a part of the Fremont Education Foundation. Part of his there is volunteering a Fremont's Brookvale Elemantary School, teaching grades 4th, 5th, and 6th instrumental music, Joel never forgets that honesty, integrity and hard work ethic are a vital part of a strong community. Joel is also involved in various fund-raising efforts for the Fremont Education Foundation. Joel's community service does not stop there! Recently has joined Newark's Business Partners in Eduacation. In the south bay area, Joel is also involved in the Portuguese Community. Keeping his roots alive he has served on the Board of Directors for the past six years and is in charge of Fund Raising efforts that helps keep the youth involved and active in the community. Recently Joal has also joined the Committee of the Portuguese Historical Museum as well. Currently Joel is also involved in a local gorup that helps take care of our seniors. Taken them to Doctors appointments to clothes shopping! Joel's parents are from the Azores Islands of Portugal, and instilled in him a very strong sense of culture and values.
