I was worried when I was not able to get a reputable contractor to start remodeling work on my house. Both you and Navi made sure that the project was completed on time, stopping by frequently to check on the progress, made sure that the materials used were per specification and following up with the contractor if you thought the workers were slipping on time. When my wife and I decided to sell our Union City home last year, we already knew who to call. Steve Dhillon’s team had been dominating home sales in our area for years, and after working with Steve and Navi, we found out why that’s the case. Even though we were already pretty confident in Steve, we didn’t know what to expect when we first met him. We really appreciated his low key, low pressure approach. He was well prepared, and provided a thorough analysis of our home and its potential in the market. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding. Every aspect of the transaction – the timing of the sale, the marketing strategy, the communications – was outstanding. We had a number of home improvement projects to finish prior to the first open house, and Steve was able to recommend several contractors that helped us get everything completed on time, and for a reasonable price. Navi handled most of the coordination during the sale, and she did an amazing job. Our home sold quickly too – we had an offer after the first open house. While we were surprised we only had one offer, it was a very strong offer – well above our asking price. We would strongly recommend Steve and Navi – we really enjoyed working with them.
